01. How do you calculate the length of the job on the day of the move?

Time starts when our truck arrives at your door and finishes when we unload the last item at your drop-off location. We round the total time up to the nearest 15-minute increment.

02. How much is the deposit required?

We require a deposit covering a minimum two-hour charge plus any applicable travel fee.

03. What happens to my deposit in case of delayed or cancelled jobs?

If your move is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll transfer your deposit to a new date without any extra charge.

04. Are overfilled boxes acceptable to be moved?

We recommend avoiding overfilled boxes, as they can delay the process due to their awkward shape. Please ensure boxes are well-packed, sealed, and labelled.

05. Are there any extra charges that might come up on the day of the move?

Absolutely not! You’ll only be charged based on the quote you approved—no surprise fees.

06. What could cause my move to take longer than estimated?

Delays can happen due to added items, disassembly/assembly, elevator access, tight hallways, traffic, or weather.

07. Is there a discount for moving just one item?
